Commonwealth Cleanup Week

Volunteers from across Kentucky are set to fill trash bags and pick up old tires March 16-23, 2013 during the 15th Commonwealth Cleanup Week

The EEC is proud to announce that Kentucky Educational Television (KET)  will promote this year’s event, and Kentucky Life host Dave Shuffett will be taping a special “Dave Does It” segment during Commonwealth Cleanup Week.

Civic, religious and nonprofit organizations can enter to win six separate $100 prizes in a random drawing. To be eligible, organizations must register through their local solid waste coordinator and complete a cleanup project during the week of March 16-23.
