Solid Waste Certification and Training Courses
Implementation of the Solid Waste Landfill Operator/Manager, Compost Operator and Landfarm Operator Certification program has been transferred to the Division of Compliance Assistance, Certification and Licensing Branch.
Solid Waste Certification training was suspended in 2010 due to a prioritization of permitting activities by the Solid Waste Branch. The Division of Compliance Assistance will set the new training schedule. At this time, the 2011 training schedule has not been finalized by the Division of Compliance Assistance. Additional information regarding the Solid Waste Certification Program and training courses can be located at dca.ky.gov/certification.
