The mission of the Program Planning and Administration (PPA) Branch is to promote sound waste management programs by providing administrative and operational support to all branches in the division through efficient and effective financial administration, personnel management and regulatory development.
Information Management Section - Supervisor Judy Dickerson
This section provides direction in planning, organizing and managing information resources in support of the agency's mission. It also manages the information in the division's central file room.
Personnel and Administrative Support Section - Supervisor Liz Shelby
This section performs personnel-related administration such as training, travel logistics, inventory/surplus oversight and other human resource matters along with staffing of the division's central switchboard.
Project Administration Section - Supervisor Steve Starkweather
This section performs administration of purchasing, managing of grants received, memoranda of understanding and agreement by the division along with payments for major fee-supported programs.
Program Development Section - Acting Supervisor Cassandra Jobe
This section performs a variety of functions related to the division's future such as managing planning initiatives and development of regulations along with coordinating review of proposed bills during legislative session.
